The world joins India in celebrating the International Yoga Day. There are multitude of celebrities who have turned to Yoga to maintain their enviable bods, gain peace of mind and promote healthy living. On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Aashka Goradia spoke about her love for Yoga, she said, “Goal to eventually be physically fit and be able to find some stillness in my mind.”
She further mentioned, “It has helped me to stay more energetic, focused, fit and strong. Yoga is a big tree of benefits, one has to sit under it to know the true capabilities of the discipline.” The actress also shared about doing Yoga with Brent, she said, “He is my guru when it comes to yoga, learning yoga from him has been nothing less than a sweet task.”
Aashka recently posted a video on Instagram account in which she is seen doing the toughest Yoga poses Titibhasana. She captioned the post as, “Not my fullest expression of #titibhasana Getting there…Trying to stay up @ibrentgoble homework done, can I play now? “
